As a people-driven consultant, you will always have the client at the heart of what you do, ensuring clear communication so they feel informed, supported and confident that moving into a GemLife resort is the right step for them.
ResponsibilitiesGuiding future homeowners through their journey with care and confidenceBuilding brilliant relationships with the construction crewManaging contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidyUpdating the CRM and ensuring data entry is accurateBeing a calming and reassuring presence from the first meeting to contract signingHosting tours of our beautifully crafted homes and luxurious clubhouse facilities
QualificationsExperience in a sales role is preferred, but a passion for people is most important!




Ability to build solid relationships with your clients and the construction team on site to ensure clear communication around handover/move in dates.An organised person who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once.A cool, calm and collected demeanour but you also know how to have a laugh.
