Levande is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Sydney Finance team.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you'll play an important role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the financial operations of a national retirement living organisation.You'll work across the complete accounts payable function, partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, maintain accurate records, support month-end activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.In This Role You'llProcess high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatch invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepanciesReconcile supplier statements and maintain vendor recordsManage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to supplier enquiriesSupport month-end and year-end activities,



including accruals and reconciliationsPrepare Accounts Payable reportingIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencyBuild robust working relationships across Finance and the wider businessYou'll BringA minimum of three years' Accounts Payable experienceExperience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environmentStrong knowledge of accounting principlesExperience using accounting software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded.Why Levande?
