Bolton Clarke is seeking a Maintenance Officer to deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures and fittings in Heathfield, SA, to provide a pleasant and secure environment for residents, staff and visitors.Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage statutory and preventative maintenance, supervise site contractors, and ensure works meet budget, safety and legislative requirements.
A minimum of 2 years' experience and a current driver's licence are required.
