What you will do?
Create special experiences "one guest at a time" through personalised service
Participate in and consistently demonstrate high guest service standards
Complete necessary documentation for tours including vessel manifests, picnic forms, dive indemnities, financials, and more
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism while assisting with customer requests,



booking tours and experiences, and cash handling
More about you
Experience as a Beach Club Attendant, Tour Guide, or Guest Service Agent
Exceptional guest service standards
A passion for the hospitality and marine industry
First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, O2 Certificate, and RSA Certificate
Rescue Diver/Divemaster or Coxswain Grade 3 or above, preferred
Experience in 4WD, or willingness to learn
