If you are a Demi Chef with the skills and drive to step up, we also want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high quality dishes across all services in line with Shadow's standardsPrepare sauces, soups, hot dishes, salads, sandwiches, desserts and specialty itemsMaintain solid recipe knowledge across the menuUphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practicesMonitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WH&S; standardsEnsure standard recipes are followed consistently across outletsComplete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframesFoster a collaborative,
