About the RoleThis role will see the successful candidate focusing on delivering AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapports with regular customers and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.Each Ally Fashion team member is an ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we are able to make everyday a brighter day as a team.
The Sales Assistant will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance and in the store reserves.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, consulting with and understanding the customers to drive the store's sales results,
