We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Logistics Officer
to join our team.
This is a agile role that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering efficient administrative support while managing transport, freight, dispatch coordination, and inventory record-keeping.
You will act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, transport providers, and customers regarding delivery requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate transport, freight, and dispatch schedules
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and customers on delivery timelines
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Record goods received and dispatched in company systems
Support procurement and ordering activities
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards

You communicate clearly and professionally and thrive in a role where administration and logistics intersect.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Strong safety, health, and environmental awareness
Current Australian work eligibility
Current driver's licence
Desirable
Experience coordinating deliveries and dispatch
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Flexible and responsive to changing demands
Strong collaborative team approach
