NEW HOMES SITE MANAGER / TRAINEE SITE MANAGER (NORTH OF THE RIVER)

About Omni Projects
Omni Projects is a rapidly growing residential builder specialising in quality custom homes and developments throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for either an experienced New Homes Site Manager or a Trainee Site Manager looking to take the next step in their construction career.
You'll be joining a supportive construction team led by an experienced Construction Manager, with ongoing mentoring, established systems and the resources needed to deliver exceptional homes.
Experienced New Homes Site Manager
You'll be responsible for managing the construction of residential homes from slab through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the high standard Omni Projects is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Manage approximately
***** residential homes
Coordinate trades,



suppliers and construction schedules
Deliver homes safely, on programme and to a high standard
Carry out quality inspections throughout construction
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications and building standards
Maintain accurate project information using Truth Engine
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Identify construction issues early and implement practical solutions
About You
Previous experience as a Residential Site Manager
Strong knowledge of residential construction
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
Current driver's licence
Trainee Site Manager
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential construction management.
You may currently be working as a:
Residential Scheduler
Site Administrator
Carpenter
Construction Coordinator
Assistant Site Manager
Or in another residential construction role looking for the next step.
Working alongside our experienced Construction Manager, you'll receive ongoing mentoring while learning every aspect of residential site management, including project programming, quality control, trade coordination, client communication and project delivery.
About You




Minimum 12 months' residential construction experience (essential)
Trade or residential construction background preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Current White Card
Current driver's licence
Preference will be given to applicants currently completing, or intending to complete, a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), with the goal of becoming a Registered Builder.
