Role Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Administration Officer to join Adbri's Cement & Lime Sales & Marketing team based in Birkenhead, South Australia.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Process & Systems, you will support sales operations across South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Working in a collaborative team, you will provide administrative and customer support that contributes to business objectives and exceptional customer service outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a process-driven environment, has strong administrative capabilities, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely outcomes.
Industry experience is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Managing and processing purchase orders
Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries
Maintaining customer pricing and account records
Preparing and maintaining sales documentation and controls
Assisting with customer events, functions and promotional activities
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes
Requirements
Strong organisational and time management skills
