Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong hands‐on development expertise across enterprise ServiceNow environments.
This role is suited to a technical specialist with deep platform knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end‐to‐end ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, platform optimisation, and release activities while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management modules




Develop server‐side and client‐side scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Script Includes
Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, JDBC and ETL tools
Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting and platform optimisation activities
Maintain CMDB health, Discovery patterns and integration reliability across enterprise systems
Apply ServiceNow best practices including NowCreate, Health Scan, ATF and Business Smart customisation principles
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Produce technical documentation including solution designs, integration documents and implementation runbooks
Participate in Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives
Contribute to automation, continuous improvement and platform governance initiatives
Qualifications
7+ years of hands‐on ServiceNow development experience within enterprise environments
Strong expertise across ITSM, CSM and CMDB modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs and Glide scripting
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, platform upgrades, performance tuning and workflow automation
Strong understanding of ITIL,



SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills
Experience working across cross‐functional teams in complex enterprise environments
