Account Manager – Streem – Surry Hills, NSW, AU
Streem's Account Manager role (Junior/Mid level) for the Corporate team.
As our business continues to grow, we're hiring Account Managers to create standout customer experiences and lead media monitoring and insights for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Set up new clients for success, from onboarding and search setup to customising their Streem accounts.
Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships as the primary contact.
Run training sessions to help users master the platform (virtual and face‐to‐face).
Gather feedback and work with team to cultivate product improvements.
Spot opportunities to wow clients, especially around big media events.
Create a range of reports, transcripts, and summaries that make media meaningful.
Build meaningful, long‐term relationships with clients by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and positioning as a solutions‐focused partner.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of the Streem platform and services, explaining features, troubleshooting, and guiding clients to maximise value.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow, aligned expectations, and clear communication.
Qualifications and Experience




Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Customer Support.
Organised and client‐focused, thriving in a fast‐paced environment.
Media industry experience, or background in communications, is a bonus.
Proficiency with Boolean search, CRMs, or project tools is desirable.
