Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department at the Mersey Community Hospital and the Northwest Regional Hospital.

Our Registered Nurses strengthen health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
Position Type and Hours
Multiple permanent, full‐time shift positions.
Working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary
$80,524 to $109,175 per annum (pro rata) + employer 12% superannuation contribution.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement ****.
Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Support
Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance support available up to $15,000 for eligible overseas appointees and up to $10,000 for interstate appointees.
Visa sponsorship is available for eligible UK/IE candidates.

You Will Need
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 2 years experience as an RN in an Emergency Department.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise in a rapid‐paced setting.
Competent in resuscitation roles inclusive of airway, procedures and scribe.
Completed ETEK and triage competent.
Post graduate degree in emergency nursing/critical care (desired).
