You will manage a portfolio of existing law firm customers, driving ARR through cross-sell, upsell and solution expansion.You'll work with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Partnerships to become a trusted advisor, understand client needs and recommend solutions that help them grow, while maintaining revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
