We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Erina dental centre.
With 4 chairs and a strong focus on general dentistry, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up.
You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Erina centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team.

Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every timeManage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentationSupport dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental careEnsure compliance with clinical and operational policies and proceduresMonitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvementPartner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth
