We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our team at Mayfield Veterinary Hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established clinic, driving operational excellence, supporting a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients.
About the Role
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated team of veterinary professionals
Drive business performance, including budgeting and KPI management
Ensure high standards of patient care and client experience
Manage rostering, recruitment, and team engagement




Support continuous improvement across systems and workflows
About You
Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong people leadership and communication skills
Commercially minded with the ability to drive clinic performance
Experience in veterinary or healthcare (highly regarded)
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
