The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a small, dedicated front-of-house team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, engaging with guests and driving service standards.
You will play a key role in team development, operational efficiency, and the creation of an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing front-of-house team
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining service standards
Supporting the General Manager with venue operations and service delivery
Implementing systems and procedures to improve efficiency
Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth venue performance
Driving a positive team culture and leading by example
Assisting with venue promotions and guest engagement initiatives
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager or Assistant Venue Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service




Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach with the confidence to introduce new ideas
A hands-on management style and positive attitude
