Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements
Manage approximately
24 active vacancies
across multiple business functions
Source, screen, shortlist,
and interview candidates across white-collar and blue-collar disciplines
Write and advertise engaging job ads across recruitment platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screening activities
About You
Previous experience as a
Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant
Proven experience managing
end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload and multiple competing priorities
Experience recruiting both
white-collar and blue-collar professionals
Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and other recruitment tools
Previous mining, resources, engineering, construction, or industrial recruitment experience will be highly regarded
