Registered Nurse / Care Coordinator

About the Role
As our Registered Nurse / Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face our Residents know and trust.
You'll help coordinate care, support positive health outcomes, and work alongside families, healthcare professionals, and our dedicated team to ensure Resident's feels supported.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating and coordinating care and support plans.
Building strong relationships with Residents through regular check-ins
Monitoring wellbeing and assisting with changes to health care needs.
Working collaboratively with families, health professionals, and support the Waterbrook team.
About You
You're a Registered Nurse who believes great care starts with connection.
You bring professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help people live their best lives.
You'll have:
Current Registered Nurse registration.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A caring, respectful, and resident-first approach.
