The Opportunity
We are looking for switched on and dynamic
Stock Associate
to join our busy team at,
Ralph Lauren Burnside.
As Stock Associate you will be detail orientated and exceptionally organized to ensure our stock room is well maintained, and OMNI orders are processed efficiently.
As a Part Time Stock Associate, you are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across a mix of weekdays and weekends.
BOH Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently execute daily store replenishment, and processing high levels of stock every week
Responsible for unpacking and processing all shipments, and getting it to the floor in a timely manner
Monitor stock performance and communicate top and lowest performing items to the store management team, as requested
Ensure display, presentation and housekeeping standards are maintained in line with brand strategy, seasonal changes and ad hoc promotions
Establish and maintain effective operational processes in line with store requirements
OMNI Responsibilities
Ensure all orders are picked & packed, and arranging courier pick on all orders in a timely manner
Manage OMNI packaging inventory & requesting replenishment when necessary
Manage OMNI collate inventory & requesting replenishment when necessary




Ensure all products are untagged properly and provide gift wrapping (where applicable).
Verify that all outgoing orders are secured and complete
Report any discrepancies to OMNI Support
About you
Previous experience in a similar stock role/ OMNI, preferably within a high volume or luxury environment
A genuine love and understanding of our brand
Is confident and comfortable to make autonomous decisions, when required
Is able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands
Ability to identify inventory opportunities and communicate with management to maximize sales
Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and can respond well in an ever-changing environment
