Seven Corp on behalf of Kilmore Group.
Overview: Kilmore Group is a Specialist Remediation Contractor focusing on value creation and quality delivery, with the objective of structuring and deploying over 100 full-time specialist staff from professional and trade backgrounds to repair and prolong the longevity of client assets.
Kilmore Group draws upon deep technical expertise and a profound understanding of the construction process for projects involving façade systems, waterproofing concrete repair, remedial works, and modular construction.
As part of these ongoing efforts, a Contract Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that contracts are effectively managed and executed to support the goals and objectives of both the Kilmore Group and its clients.
This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 40 hours per week based in Osborne Park, WA.
Main tasks:
Contract administration and contract finalisation.
Reviewing contract estimates and developing contract proposals.
Help in ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer specifications.
Maintain and update contract databases and records.
Prepare and assist in the generation of regular reports on contract status and compliance.




Communicate with internal teams and external parties to gather and relay contract-related information.
Provide administrative support to the contracts team, including document management, data entry, and maintaining contract files.
Producing, preparing, and reviewing trade packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.
Negotiating and approving terms to ensure business activities remain in budget.
Support the contracts team in resolving routine contractual issues.
Participate in training and development opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of contract management and administration.
Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Construction.
Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn contract management software.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Robust interest in contracts administration or management.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract principles is a plus.
Annual salary will be between $80,****** to $100,****** (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
