We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On)
with solid experience in the transport industry to join our team at our Largs Bay depot.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day warehouse and yard operation.
Perform loading, unloading, receipting, and dispatch activities.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Manage inventory, stock control, and warehouse housekeeping.
Coordinate with yard hands, customers, and operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Act as the primary contact for warehouse customers.
Manage customer enquiries and service requirements.
Carry a company-issued mobile phone and be available to support customers and staff when required.
Support and oversee yard personnel working within the operation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience managing a warehouse or yard operation.
Strong hands-on warehouse and forklift experience.
A current forklift licence.
Experience managing inventory and stock control.




Experience dealing directly with customers.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, safety-focused approach.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
The ability to work independently and take ownership of the operation.
The ability to coordinate and direct yard personnel.
A willingness to be available via a company-issued mobile phone when required.
A strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
