About the Opportunity
Kallara Early Learning Centre
is looking for a
2IC/Educational Leader
based in
Taree, New South Wales
.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing staffing levels, routines, recruitment, and professional development of educators;
Work alongside Centre Director and support from Management Team
Time management and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience as 2IC
Experience as Educational Leader preferred
Experience using Kinderloop and Qikkids preferred
A commitment to best practice and early years learning
Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.
An understanding of the National Quality Framework,



National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.
An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
About You
To qualify, you will need at least a
Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care
and
2 years of experience (preferred, may consider less experience in this role)
.
You must also hold:
First Aid qualification in an Education and Care Setting
Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
Valid Working with Children Check
Accredited Child Protection Training
Child Safety Certificate
