Job Description
Unique Painting Unique Painting Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Painter to join our growing team in Perth.
The successful applicant will work primarily on commercial painting projects, delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining excellent workmanship, safety standards and attention to detail.
This is a full-time position working across various commercial sites in the Perth metropolitan area.

Task & responsibilities Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching and filling cracks or holes before painting.
Apply paint, varnish, stains and other protective or decorative coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, frames and other building surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve the required colours and specifications Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout each project.
Inspect completed work, carry out touch-ups where required and ensure all finishes meet company quality standards Maintain painting tools, equipment and materials in good working order.




Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, company procedures and site regulations.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualification & experience Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent recognised qualification), or at least three years of relevant full-time work experience as a Painter.
Demonstrated experience in commercial painting.
Proficient in surface preparation, colour matching and the application of paints and protective coatings using a range of painting techniques and equipment.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices within the construction industry.
A valid White Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencing work Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
