We are currently recruiting for an experienced, proactive and safety conscious Solution Architect for our Tier 1 mining client.

Hourly Rate:
$110 per hour, Depending on experience
Position Overview
The Solution Architect is a focused professional with expertise in analysing requirements, designing and delivering solutions.
The role focuses on aligning business needs with strategic plans, ensuring the implementation of actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Translate conceptual architecture, unified product design, and product standards into solution designs that deliver specific product features and capabilities.
Uphold functional safety requirements across all architecture designs.
Structure solution designs into well-defined, actionable work packages.
Work closely with systems engineering to define dependencies and interface requirements, ensuring smooth integration across components.
Analyse existing systems to understand improvement opportunities.
Support the development team, providing guidance troubleshooting design-related bugs and defects.
Keep solution architecture documentation current and accurate across the project lifecycle.
Specify API-based integration methods for third-party interfaces, consistent with product standards.
Assess and recommend technologies and frameworks that support efficient, standardised delivery.
Produce detailed architecture diagrams that capture component interactions and data flows.




Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a similar position within mining, autonomous systems, or heavy industry environments.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Proven ability to analyse existing systems and identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs.
If you are successful for this position you will need to provide a current national police clearance and pass a full medical.
Must have full rights to work in Australia.
