We are seeking a
skilled BIM Revit Modeller (Electrical)
to join our team:
1 x Maternity Leave Contract (approx. 6–9 months) with potential to be extended to a permanent position
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative and experienced team on diverse and technically interesting projects.
About the Role
As a BIM Revit Modeller, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of electrical BIM models and documentation.
You will work closely with engineers and other disciplines to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
Create, manage, and maintain Revit families in line with company standards
Assist with BIM coordination for construction and design projects
Update and manage models throughout project lifecycles
Ensure drawings and models comply with project and client requirements




Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a BIM Revit Modeller (electrical preferred) (1-3 years minimum)
Strong attention to detail for coordination with electrical elements and other disciplines
A background in electrical engineering or building services
Strong understanding of Revit family creation and management (essential)
Sound knowledge of BIM workflows and best practices
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and a proactive attitude
