What You'll Be Doing
Construction scheduling — Build and maintain timelines across multi‐unit, strata and custom‐home projects
Trade & supplier coordination — Book trades, sequence works and ensure materials arrive on cue
Build‐stage sequencing — Translate plans into logical workflow order for diverse project types
Progress tracking — Update internal systems, job notes and documentation
Stakeholder communication — Liaise with supervisors,
suppliers and clients to keep everything aligned
What You'll Bring
Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
Understanding of multi‐unit, duplex/triplex and rear‐strata build stages
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with different complexities
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Solid admin skills and confidence using construction software
