Our diversification enables us to operate extensively across the nation, supporting a wide range of landmark projects and providing variety and career development opportunities for our workforce.Join the Civmec TeamCivmec is seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our Henderson, WA team, supporting a significant Defence project delivering state-of-the-art Offshore Patrol Vessels and our Henderson location in WA.As part of Civmec's HSE team, you'll work closely with operational leaders across manufacturing, construction, maintenance, and corporate environments to promote protected work practices, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement.The RoleProviding expert HSE advice and guidance in alignment with company standards, legislation and client expectations.Developing, implementing and monitoring HSE management systems, procedures and policies to enable safe and sustainable project delivery.Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.Championing a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, training sessions and engagement initiatives.Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with HSE objectives.Preparing and maintaining accurate HSE reports,
