We are now excited to be on the hunt for a career hospitality Café All-Rounder to join our front of house family in a full-time capacity, for an immediate start!
Ensuring hospitable experience, smooth operations with a happy vibe is a key requirement of this position.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
Welcoming customers by determining their food and beverage needs;
Understanding, selling and recommending ideas for the daily menu.
Pleased to assist the team with other tasks during quieter periods;
Supporting all aspects of FOH food preparation, quality control and food display;
Taking orders and operating the cash register;
Full support of all end-of-day duties, cleaning and wastage;
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following experience:




A minimum 2 years' experience working in a café or service environment;
Proven experience working in a high-volume environment;
Calm under pressure and always friendly and approachable;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
A consistently solid work ethic, energy and a 'can-do' attitude;
Highly developed customer service skills;
Live locally, hardworking and reliable;
and Availability to work weekends (we make them fun!)
