Shape of You Perth is a premium, results-driven skin, laser & body clinic located in North Perth.
We specialise in advanced skin rejuvenation, laser treatments and non-invasive body contouring, delivering personalised treatment plans within a highly professional, structured clinic environment.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Skin & Laser Therapist to join our established team.
This is a part-time role of approximately 30 hours per week.
You'll be joining a close-knit, friendly and supportive team who genuinely enjoy working together.
Our therapists back each other up, share knowledge freely and celebrate each other's wins - the culture here is warm, positive and drama-free.
We work hard, but we look out for one another and have fun doing it.
This role is suited to an experienced clinician who values clear systems, defined protocols and delivering real results, with no guesswork in how treatments or consultations are performed.
This Role Is Not Suitable For:
Newly qualified therapists
Therapists with less than 2 years' hands-on clinic experience
Therapists who are not confident performing skin needling, laser or similar advanced treatments independently
About the Role
You will work within clearly defined procedures, policies and treatment protocols, allowing you to focus on results, consistency and exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans
Confidently perform advanced skin and laser treatments independently
Deliver treatments across our device platform, including:




HIFU face and body treatments (Ultraformer MPT)
Q-switched laser treatments - laser toning, carbon peel, pigmentation, fractional and laser rejuvenation (Hollywood Spectra)
IPL skin treatments and hair removal (Lumenis Stellar M22 XPL)
NanoFractional RF and DiamondPolar RF skin tightening (Venus Viva MD)
Skin needling (Dermapen 4)
Venus Glow hydro-dermabrasion
Fat freezing (Clatuu Alpha) and EMS body sculpting
Chemical peels including Cosmelan and O Cosmedics
Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans and home care
Achieve rebooking, retail and treatment plan targets
Maintain exceptional clinical standards, hygiene and presentation
Work confidently within established clinic systems and protocols
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV (minimum)
Current WA Laser Licence (or exemption licence)
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a skin or aesthetic clinic
Proven ability to perform skin needling, laser or similar advanced treatments independently
Strong consultation and communication skills
Confidence recommending treatment plans and retail
Skilled presentation and strong work ethic
Advantageous (But Not Essential)
Dermal Therapy qualification




WA Laser Licence for tattoo removal
Hands-on experience with our technologies - Ultraformer MPT (HIFU), Hollywood Spectra, Lumenis M22, Venus Viva MD or similar
Ability to edit and manage social media content (Reels, Stories, basic Canva/CapCut)
Experience working in a premium or results-driven clinic
