Apex Access Solutions is a WA trades business delivering maintenance, repair and installation services across construction, industrial and city projects, with specialist capability in rope access and work at heights.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who combines technical know-how with strong leadership and people skills to oversee a diverse range of projects and manage multiple teams in the field.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
- Prepare work plans & specifications for projects
- Lead and manage trades teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes and regulations
- Oversee inspection, maintenance and testing of equipment and systems
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes and strong customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Solve problems and resolve issues as they arise during operations
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures for high-risk work
Skills and Experience
- Extensive trade experience (20+ years), including time in a similar project management role
- White Card and Working at Heights ticket (essential)
- Proven experience managing multiple teams in a comparable industry
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Sound working knowledge of WHS obligations for high-risk construction work
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Current WA driver's licence
