The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential investment properties, including coordinating leasing activities, conducting property inspections, and managing tenant relationships.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to tenant and owner inquiries, organizing repairs and maintenance, preparing lease documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
The role also involves monitoring rental payments, managing arrears, and providing regular updates and reports to property owners.




The Property Manager will work closely with the broader team to maintain high occupancy rates, support smooth tenancy transitions, and uphold service standards.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate operations.Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, deadlines, and priorities effectively.Knowledge of relevant Western Australian residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.Proficiency with property management software and general computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document preparation).
Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when handling tenant issues, maintenance requests, and disputes.Ability to work on-site in Subiaco, WA, including attending inspections, property viewings, and meetings as required.Relevant real estate or property management registration/license in WA, or eligibility to obtain it.Valid driver's license and reliable transport for attending properties and inspections.Commitment to professional, ethical conduct and delivering high-quality service to investment property owners.
