With strong growth underway, an exciting prospect has opened for an experienced Groups Manager to lead inbound travel programs, creating tailored group experiences across diverse markets.

You'll oversee end-to-end group logistics, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional service for international partners all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of inbound group tours across Australia.
/n
- Manage group costings and ensure profitability targets and margins are achieved.
/n
- Provide training on systems, itinerary planning, supplier relations and group costings.
/n
- Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
/n
- Build a collaborative, accountable and solutions-focused team culture.
/n
- Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge across Australian destinations.
/n
- Contribute to strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
/n
- Act as a key operational contact for international agents and wholesale travel partners.
/n
- Maintain strong long-term supplier and industry partnerships.
/n
- Represent the organisation at industry events when required.

Skills & Experience
/n
/n
- Minimum 5+ years experience in inbound tourism, tour operations or destination management.
/n
- Proven experience managing group travel programs and complex itineraries, including itinerary planning, supplier negotiation, and group costings.
/n
- In-depth knowledge of Tourplan for group travel operations.
/n
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor, support, and develop team members.
/n
- Excellent knowledge of Australian destinations, tourism products and suppliers.
/n
- Demonstrated ability to manage international travel partners and supplier relationships.
/n
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and group profitability.
/n/n
