THE CHANCE

We have a vacancy for a proactive, responsible, and skilled individual focused on continuous improvement and compliance related to regional facilities management services.
/n
The role involves providing regional advice on key HSE processes such as hazard management, incident and injury management, HSE auditing, legislative compliance, training, consultation, reporting, and health programs.
/n
Travel throughout Sydney Metro and some regional areas required.
/n

Your key responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
- Review and audit HSE policies and procedures for compliance and improvement.
/n
- Develop communication plans to support project implementation.
/n
- Maintain HSE risk management processes and registers.
/n
- Update HSE communication channels like reports, alerts, Toolbox Talks, and online portals.
/n
- Conduct hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques.
/n
- Assist in resolving HSE issues and promote consultation at all levels.
/n/n
You will be required to demonstrate:
/n
/n
- Teritiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (Essential).
/n
- Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs.
/n
- Proficiency in HSE data management and reporting.
/n
- Experience reviewing hazard and incident reports and investigations.
/n
- Up-to-date knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Standards related to HSE.
/n
- Full Australian work rights and a valid drivers' license.
/n/n
*This is a remote (WFH) role covering Sydney, NSW.*
