Registered Nurse - Aged Care (Multi-Site) North Sydney and Central Coast

Contract Care partners with residential aged care homes across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle to

provide reliable, high-quality nursing staff. We're building a permanent team of Registered Nurses who

want stability without giving up the variety and autonomy of agency-style work.

About the Role

As a Contract Care permanent RN, you'll work full-time across a small panel of aged care homes in the North

Shore and Central Coast areas, with a predictable weekly roster, premium rates and strong support from

the Contract Care team.

Duties

- Deliver person-centred clinical care to residents across allocated homes.
- Administer medications and complete assessments in line with facility policies.
- Coordinate care with onsite clinical leaders, carers and allied health teams.
- Lead and support care staff on shift where required.
- Complete documentation and handovers accurately across multiple sites.

Skills & Experience

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in residential aged care (minimum 12 months preferred).
- Confidence working across multiple facilities and adapting to current teams.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation and communication skills.




- Ability to travel between North Shore and Central Coast locations.
