This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, privately backed Australian Med Tech business. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes specialised medical solutions nationally.

With strong financial backing and an ambitious growth trajectory, the business is led by a highly experienced executive team and operates with the pace, energy, and accountability of a scale-up. Despite this growth, the culture remains tight-knit, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.

About the Role

This is a pivotal, hands‑on position sitting at the heart of the business. As the Executive Operations Manager, you will act as the operational backbone to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day while elevating internal processes, events, and stakeholder interactions.

The role is broad and varied, spanning executive support, office management, HR administration, events, and marketing coordination. You will be the go‑to person across the organisation, bringing structure, professionalism, and calm execution in a fast‑moving environment.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Executive coordination including scheduling, board and leadership meeting preparation, and follow‑ups
End‑to‑end office management across facilities, suppliers, WHS, and general operations
Ownership of major events including conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions
Travel coordination for executives, customers, and key stakeholders
HR administration including onboarding, performance processes, and employee lifecycle management

Support across marketing and customer engagement activities, including product launches and communications

This is a high‑trust role where you will work closely with senior leaders and have genuine influence on how the business operates.

About You

You are an experienced, highly organised operator who thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You've worked in a similar broad business support or operations role and are confident supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.

You bring a strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail, and you take pride in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes.

You will likely bring:

Proven experience in an operations, office management, or business support role
Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional style
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Strong systems capability across tools such as HR platforms, document management, and travel systems

Experience in healthcare, Med Tech, or a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.

Attractive Salary Package + Bonus
Adaptable working with 4 days in the office and 1 WFH day (Monday or Wednesday)
A central, high-impact role working directly with an experienced executive team
Broad exposure across operations, HR, events, and commercial activities
A collaborative, high-performing culture where your contribution is genuinely valued

The opportunity to grow with a successful, expanding Australian business
