About the Role Estia Health Wattle Glen has exciting opportunities for experienced Personal Care Workers/PCA's to join our team on a Casual basis, working a range of morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts.

- Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
/n
- Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
/n
- Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
/n
- Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
/n
- Be a friend to our residents
/n
- Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
/n/n
You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
/n
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
/n
- Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
/n
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
