South East Queensland Builder on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the commercial building team. This hands-on role requires ownership of the contracts administration across multiple projects, from tender through to handover.
You will work with project and site teams to ensure commercial outcomes, manage cost plans and variations, and liaise with subcontractors to resolve contractual matters. Local SEQ residents preferred.
