Job Description
Job Title: Speech Pathologist - Early Career or Experienced - Mount Isa, Queensland.

Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time.

Practice Information:
/n This small, paediatric, private practice was established in 2022 and is located in Mount Isa, QLD. They have an exciting opportunity for a new-graduate, early career or experienced speech pathologist ready to explore a part-time or full-time position.
FIFO position available for the right applicant.

- Practice in your own therapy room or build your caseload to include a blend of community and in-clinic visits (they even have access to a playground!)

Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Complete assessments and deliver evidence-based, client-driven intervention to the paediatric population
/n
- Manage your day-to-day client caseload to support positive outcomes
/n
- Provide accurate, timely and high-quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
/n
- Participate in continuing professional development
/n
- Offer guidance and support to families and/or education facilities on strategies for facilitating communication and language development at home/in the community
/n
- Develop relationships within the community and liaise with other stakeholders to provide holistic care
/n/n
What will you require?
/n
/n
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
/n
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to apply)
/n
- Drivers licence and access to a car
/n
- Current Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain this)
/n
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in providing assessment and intervention to children and adolescents
/n
- Solid communication and time management skills
/n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
/n
- Flexible mind set and adaptability

After Hours Requirements: No

Salary Information: /n $85,000 - $120,000 per annum.
