Bethesda Health Care in Claremont, WA, is seeking a permanent full-time Senior Payroll Officer to deliver accurate payroll for around 1,000 staff across two campuses, reporting to the Payroll & Compliance Lead.
We require 3–5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, robust knowledge of the Fair Work Act, superannuation and tax, and expertise in Enterprise Agreements. Proficiency with Access Micropay and Humanforce, plus a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement, is essential.
