This is a senior role with potential for real growth: you'll work closely with our Director, lead client relationships, and play a strategic part in how we deliver projects and grow the business. If you're a driven and experienced PM who wants more than just managing a programme, this role could be the one for you.WHAT YOU'LL DOServe as the primary client contact across design and construction stages Prepare and manage project programmes Work with our team to develop cost estimates and regular cost, program and project reports Prepare tender submissions, trade packages and proposals (or assist others, where required)Administer D&C; contracts and manage subcontractor, supplier and consultant procurement Assist with obtaining project permits and approvalsWHAT YOU'LL BRING5+ years of experience with a local construction company — ideally with D&C; or prefab exposure Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management,
