Were now looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven Casual Sales Consultants to work in our Ballarat showroom. If you enjoy connecting with customers, love interiors, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, youll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. Youll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life one outstanding piece of furniture at a time.
This is a casual role across a 7-day roster, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being serious about sales.
About You
Youll be someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in home decor, interiors, or design
- Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions
- Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs
- Brings at least 2 years experience in a similar retail sales role
- Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn
- Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates
- Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)
