About the role
As the Department Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team and supporting the Store Manager in driving operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. Consistently leading from the front, you'll inspire and develop your team through consistent coaching and training. You will be responsible in ensuring your department maintains high visual standards including visual merchandising and stock level ownership. In this role you will be accountable for achieving department KPIs and utilising your commercial mindset to identify opportunities to drive sales performance.



This is a hands on leadership position that allows you to lead by example and deliver outstanding experiences for both your team and customers.

Skills and experience

- Retail leadership highly regarded
- Experience in visual merchandising
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to lead a team to success
- Experience working with large volumes of stock
- A positive and upbeat mind-set
