Our client is a premier wholesaler of a wide range of timber products for the domestic housing industry, commercial construction, home renovations, and industrial markets. Products are sourced from Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North & South America in order to provide customers with the right solution for their needs. We are currently seeking an extraordinary individual to undertake the role of Internal Sales /Customer Service Officer.
About the Role :
- The Internal Sales role is accountable for supporting sales performance through accurate order processing, responsive customer service, and effective coordination between customers, sales and warehouse operations.
- The role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that sales activity is executed efficiently and accurately. This includes maintaining strong, friendly and professional communication with customers, supporting external sales team members, and ensuring that internal systems and processes are followed.
- The Internal Sales role plays a key part in ensuring that sales opportunities are converted into accurate and completed orders, with customer requirements captured clearly and no orders missed. The role supports customer satisfaction, repeat business and overall revenue performance.
About you:
You must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

- Experience in the Timer Industry preferred but not essential
