Anthony & Sam Freedman Racing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Staff Member to join our team at our private training facility, Pinecliff.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional racing environment alongside a dedicated team caring for quality thoroughbred racehorses.

About the Role

The successful applicant will assist with the daily care and management of horses while helping maintain the high standards expected within a leading racing reliable.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with horses and can work efficiently within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Saddling and unsaddling horses.
- Rugging and general horse care.
- Walking horses and assisting with horse movement throughout the stable.
- Cleaning boxes and maintaining stable presentation.
- Feed preparation and feeding duties.
- Assisting with veterinary and farrier visits as required.
- General stable maintenance and housekeeping.




- Ensuring high standards of horse welfare are maintained at all times.

Essential Requirements

- Previous horse handling experience preferred.
- Good horsemanship skills and confidence around horses.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- Valid Australian working rights.
