Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive a courier van and maintain a clean driving record.
- Collect and deliver packages promptly and efficiently.
- Load and unload packages weighing up to 15kgs
- Confirm and verify recipient details, ensuring the correct delivery of parcels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations,
maintaining a high level of road safety awareness.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and tolerate physical exertion.
