Your Operational Focus:

- Precision Prep & Bathing: Executing luxury skin-and-coat treatments and thorough blow-dries to set up the ideal canvas for styling.

- Technical Detail Work: High-standard brushing, de-shedding, precise nail trims, and ear cleaning handled safely and efficiently.

- Salon Standards: Keeping the environment pristine, organized, and presenting like a high-end studio at all times.

- Team Efficiency: Working seamlessly with Senior Groomers to keep the daily schedule moving smoothly without sacrificing safety or quality.
