- As the Group Tour Account Manager, you'll own the entire client journey, from developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing group relationships through to designing tailored itineraries, securing bookings and ensuring every tour is ready for departure. You'll become the trusted advisor for your clients, conducting presentations, visiting clubs and community groups, managing your sales pipeline and working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
This is a diverse role that offers the perfect balance of office-based planning, relationship management and time spent on the road meeting clients.
