About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, lead and mentor a dedicated team, and deliver high‑quality, pub‑style meals with a creative edge. You'll manage menu development, ordering, food safety, rostering, and cost control while maintaining a positive, cooperative kitchen environment.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume venue

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team

Excellent understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations

Ability to manage costs, ordering, and stock efficiently

Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and delivering consistent quality
