The Chance

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the store's performance while creating an engaging environment for both customers and your team. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, support the day-to-day operations of the business, and help develop a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding service.

Roster: Sunday to Thursday, 38 hours per week.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Driving store KPIs and commercial performance.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through hands-on leadership.




- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Assisting with stock management, rostering, and operational processes.
- Creating a positive, energetic, and results-focused team culture.

What They're Looking For
- Previous retail leadership experience within footwear, fashion, or specialty retail.
- A passion for customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales results.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
- Availability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster.

Salary & Benefits

- $67,500 + super.
- 38-hour full-time roster.
