Business Analyst / Project Coordinator

Whizdom Recruitment is partnering with a leading education sector organisation to deliver a major digital transformation program focused on replacing and modernising a virtual lab environment.
This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator who enjoys working across business analysis, project delivery and change management to drive successful outcomes in a complex technology environment.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to support the implementation of a cloud-based platform while helping establish the operating model, governance and reporting frameworks required for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project delivery activities, including schedules, risks, issues and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Support testing, validation and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities
- Define service operating models, governance frameworks, support arrangements and performance measures




- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting to support operational insights and decision-making

Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/Project Coordinator on complex technology initiatives
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud platform implementations in enterprise environments
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
- Experience defining service operating models, governance structures and support processes
- Strong communication, facilitation and Power BI reporting skills

Highly Desirable:
- Higher Education or Government sector experience
- Experience supporting SaaS procurement and implementation projects
- Exposure to digital learning platforms, virtual lab environments or similar cloud-based services
- Experience with service transition and operational readiness activities

The Offer:

- 6-Month Contract (September 2026 - February 2027)
- $800 per day (Negotiable)
- Kelvin Grove + WFH Mix
